Nick Godwin, a senior solicitor, oversees the Business and Commercial department which deals with all types of business and commercial matters.

This department is part of the Business Services Team and works in conjunction with the employment, commercial litigation and commercial property departments, to provide business clients with all round commercial expertise.

We can provide you with business advice from starting up a new venture right through to the sale of your business. We can also advise you on day-to-day contracts to help reduce your exposure to commercial risk.

Our clients range from small businesses through to large group companies.
