In light of the recent developments around COVID-19, I would like to share with you a brief update about the measures we are taking in these unprecedented circumstances.
Mercers are doing everything we can to ensure we continue to deliver prompt and high quality legal advice whilst everyone adjusts to the impact of Coronavirus and the restrictions being imposed.
We have arranged remote working for the vast majority of our team and our focus is to serve clients using out of office facilities. Our offices at 50 New Street and 50A Bell Street Henley-on-Thames are now closed and in place of face to face meetings we are utilising other methods of meeting remotely or by discussing matters over the phone and communicating by e-mail.
Despite current difficult circumstances, by relying on our excellent staff and our Business Continuity Plans arranged for this very situation, I remain very confident that we will continue to provide an excellent level of service which meets our clients’ needs.
